Phoebe has been ADOPTED.
Phoebe is starting this new year off right. She has finally found a loving home to call her very own. Phoebe originally came to us in need of love and care. This sweet girl had some neurological difficulties at a very young age. Phoebe has had a cyst removed on her brain and also a right pelvis fracture. Since she has been in our care she have improved remarkably. She is now ready to thrive at her new home. We at Noah's Arks Rescue couldn't be more happy for Phoebe and her new family
