Lamb Chop

I am so happy to report that sweet Lamb Chop is doing amazing since her shunt adjustment.  We don't know how long this is going to last but are very optimistic about the progress she made from the adjustment.  The other good new is that Dr. King will be able to adjust the pressure without the Codman Rep the next time since he is getting the piece of equipment that allows him to make changes.

We have posted two videos of Lamb Chop in her cart.  You will notice that her rear legs are not crossing in the back like they were last week.   She is also able to hold her head up for longer periods of time.  Adjusting the shunt pressure gave us a lot of valuable information to go forward with in her care.   Right now, we are loving seeing her playful and not manic and bitey like she was last week.  Lamb Chop is also able to go for much longer walks that are helping her with her potty training.

She will have to remain in the hospital until we are sure she is not having any residual effects from the adjustment.  The Staff loves her and is spending a lot of time with her outside.

It seems like we will always be taking donations for this adorable pup.  Even when she is adopted, she will still be under our care.  Any Donation is always appreciated.  Thanks for caring and making her Journey to WALK possible.
