NOELLE

Latest Updates

Our sweet little fluff ball is slowly coming around.   She has rehab several times a day to restore her ability to walk.  Her front right leg is still cupping under.  We do not know if the radial nerve paralysis she has will come back or if it is permanent.  Based on what we have observed during her rehab, we feel like it is probably permanent.  If the paralysis is permanent, we will have to remove her front leg.  We will not be doing that until we have restored her ability to walk comfortably.  She still have another month of rehab before we feel that could happen.

Noelle is a delight to work with.  She never complains and is one of the sweetest little pups.  I will never understand how anyone could knowingly leave their little dog to suffer and never try to save her.  Even if you can't afford the medical care, get the animal help so she doesn't suffer.  To turn your back is totally unacceptable to us.   We get asked all the time if we would ever return an animal to an owner once we had done all of the surgery and rehab.   The answer varies based on what the Owner did to save the animal and their ability to take care of the animal.  During most of the circumstances we see, the Owners were negligent and were the reason the animal got out in the first place.  Unfortunate accidents happen all the time.  Willingness to do whatever it takes for the animal goes a long way with us.  The person then has to go through the same extensive application process everyone has to go through.  If we think the home they had is still the best home, we work with the Owner to make it work.   The sad news is that rarely ever happens.  We have only been able to return one animal to an owner in the history of Noah's Arks Rescue.

If you are interested in this wonderful little dog, please, fill out our Adoption Application to be considered.

We are still taking funds for adorable Noelle to cover all of her rehab.  She is still in the hospital and will be until all of her rehab has been done and surgery on her front leg has been completed.   Please, donate toward her rehab bill.
