Bailey......We are in desperate need of helping this sweet boy out.  He was picked up and taken to the shelter at Darlington, SC.  He is in desperate need of going to a vet to be taken care of until he gets on his feet and then we need a foster for him.  You can tell by the pictures just how sweet this dog is.  Very loving and gentle.

Friday, Dec., 12, 2008 UPDATE

Bailey is officially in the care of a wonderful vet and loving staff that will be giving him all the medical and loving care that he so deserves.  As he progresses, we will post new pics of him.  We also have a wonderful home where he will be adopted once he is well and has been neutered.

Monday UPDATE Dec. 15, 2008

Bailey is slowly adding some weight on .  We are having lots of bloodwork done on him because he is not gaining as much weight as we had wanted him to.  He is a sweet, sweet dog that we are doing everything we can to get him through this difficult time.  He is still as sweet as ever.

Friday UPDATE Dec. 19, 2008

The results from the bloodwork came back normal.  We are giving him another dose of Panacur to see if that can get his system back on track.  He has stopped gaining weight because he is not able to hold his food.  On Monday, if his system has not settled down he will be put on Prednisone for irritable bowel syndrome.  he is still as sweet as ever and very, very vocal......he loves to bark (all the time).  He spends his days outside playing with other dogs and socializing.

Bailey has finally gone to his new forever home.  He is doing great.  He is on special medicine for his stomach and hopefully that will keep improving with time, love, and affection.  The pictures below are of Bailey with his new Guardian.
