Adorable Bailey is finally feeling well enough to try to get up and walk.   She just laid in her kennel for several days and did not even move her body.   As you can see from the picture, she has raised her head and will hold that position for several minutes.    Dr. King decided that she needed motivation to want to get up so he took her to his house to do water therapy.   She moved her legs a lot in the water which tired her out quickly.   She was laid on a blanket to rest outside and enjoy the outdoors when she decided she wanted to try and walk which everyone was surprised by.  I posted a video of that on her main web page under videos.   

Bailey is still in the hospital getting extensive physical therapy daily along with e-stimulation and laser treatment.   Physical Therapy is going to be the difference in her walking right now.  We haven't ruled out surgery but surgery at this time has too many negative side-effects that could prevent her from ever walking again if something goes wrong.   Her only chance is extensive Therapy which she is getting daily.    

We have received very little funds for this adorable little dog and her Physical Therapy is quite expensive.   Please, donate any amount so she can have what she needs to heal and hopefully walk again.
