Dear Flint is the sweetest dog.  It is hard to let him go when you give him a hug because he hugs you back and is so gentle and loving.  How anyone could ever abandon a dog like Flint is something I will never be able to wrap my head around.   Flint is perfect in every way.  The person that did this has to be walking around without a Heart or Soul because he loves everyone and never, ever complains.   I would love to have 1000 dogs just like Flint to share with the World.   The World is a better place because he is in it.  

Our sweet boy is eating like there is no tomorrow.  He knows he is going to get more food, but he is still fearful today will be his last meal.   Only time will heal what someone took from him.  His eyes are only part of the Story.   To just basically not care about an animal that cannot see is against all logic.  He can't even find food for himself to survive.   The best news about this beautiful dog is that he is with us now, and food and shelter will never be a problem again.   Our sweet boy is gaining weight and looking more like a healthy dog every day.  He still has some weight to go, but he has made a lot of progress.

Flint steals your heart in the first five minutes you are around him.  He is going to make someone the best dog they have ever experienced.  As I have said a million times, he is perfect in every way.  If you love big dogs and can take care of a blind one, he should be your next dog.   He will be with us for a while finishing up his medical care and his heartworm treatments.  Thanks for caring and making his Journey to Survive and thrive possible.
