Bonnie and Clyde are both doing great.   They still have a lot of crusty skin but it is improving each day as the wounds are drying up.  All of the infected areas seem to be healing and are not draining like they have been.  These two little pups are cute as can be.  They want to play all day long and roll around with each other to their hearts content.  Everyone loves holding and loving on them.  Both of the pups anemia is improving but will still take a couple of weeks to regulate itself.  Although the pups looked like they had fat little bellies full of food, they were loaded with  parasites instead.   One more week and the parasites should be gone. They are eating like the little champs they are.  

We are still not sure exactly what kind of hound mix they are.  We have sent off DNA tests and are excited to see what the results will show.  We also did the same blood DNA tests on Gertie and Gingersnap.  Both sets of pups will eventually blossom into what they are going to be but we like to know in advance or at least have a great laugh with the results.  

We are so surprised we haven't received any applications for Bonnie or Clyde.  The pups do not have to be adopted together.  All we want is the best possible home for them and all of our dogs so they can be loved and cherished for the rest of their Life.
