Thank you for helping us fight for this incredible dog. I wish more than anything that I could say with certainty that we can save him, but the reality is that we’re facing something far more unpredictable and heartbreaking than we ever imagined.

What I can say is that Timber is giving this battle every ounce of strength he has. He has no idea how sick he is—he just knows he wants to live—and he continues to fight with a spirit that inspires everyone who meets him. 

We, in turn, are doing absolutely everything humanly possible to support him. Every test, every treatment, every hour in ICU…we are giving him every chance to overcome this infection. He deserves that.
