I am happy to report that sweet Roxie is well enough to go home with her Owner for one week.   As you can see from the picture they were happy to see each other.   They have not seen each other since I picked her up initially in McDonough.   Roxie still has a Mega-Esophagus that is improving.   She has to be fed in an upright position until it goes away.   The seroma in her face is still there and should begin to be re-absorbed in the next two weeks.  If it hasn't by then, we will put drains in to allow the fluid to come drain.    

If all goes well, Roxie will be back at the Critical Care Facility in Charleston, SC to begin her chemotherapy in one week.   We are all so excited for this amazing dog and are praying the chemo can get rid of the cancer completely.
